Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is a forward-looking partnership focused on clarity, leadership practice, communication, and professional growth. It is educational and developmental. You decide what to work on and what to do with what you learn.

Coaching, courses, speaking, and assessments from Elite Myth are not:

• Therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment
• Medical, psychiatric, or diagnostic services
• Legal, HR, financial, or tax advice
• A substitute for the advice of a licensed professional
• A way to resolve a legal dispute or workplace investigation

If you need any of these, please seek a qualified professional.

Results depend on many things, including your effort, your context, and your organization. Elite Myth does not promise or guarantee any particular result, such as a promotion, a change in someone else's behavior, a change in culture, or a business outcome.

You are responsible for your own choices and actions, and for decisions made in your organization. Ideas, frameworks, and results from the Led Experience Standard™ and related tools are meant to support reflection and conversation. They are not verdicts about people, and they should not be used as the sole basis for employment decisions.

We take care with what you share. How information is handled in a coaching relationship is described in the agreement for that service. Coaching conversations are not protected by legal privileges such as attorney-client or therapist-patient privilege, and confidentiality may be limited where the law requires disclosure.

For how we handle information collected through this website, see our Privacy Policy.

Coaching is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number. In the United States, you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
