Understanding, not judgment.
These terms apply when you take a Led Experience assessment. Please read them before you take part, together with our Data Practices and Privacy Policy.
The Led Experience assessments, including the Leadership Assessment, the Employee Assessment, and the Led Experience Index™, are designed to support reflection and conversation about how leadership is experienced. They are developmental and educational tools.
Taking part should be voluntary and understood. Before you take part, you should be told what you're being asked, why, and how your responses will be handled. You can choose not to take part, and you should not be penalized for declining or for what you share.
Results describe experience and perspective at a point in time. They are not verdicts about any person, and they are not a diagnosis, clinical evaluation, or legal finding. Results are not intended for hiring, promotion, compensation, discipline, or other employment decisions.
Results should be used for the purpose communicated to participants. Feedback is for understanding, not for assigning blame or retaliating.
The employee assessment is designed to support appropriate confidentiality for participants, and individual perspectives should be handled in the way participants are told before they take part. The assessments are not described as anonymous, and no technical, privacy, or legal guarantee of confidentiality is made on this website.
How a particular assessment is run, including who receives results and in what form, is set out in the process communicated for that assessment. For how we handle information more generally, see our Data Practices and Privacy Policy.
The assessments, questions, frameworks, reports, and related materials are the intellectual property of Elite Myth. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission. See our Terms of Use for more.
Assessments reflect the information people provide and the way they are used. Elite Myth does not guarantee that results are complete, error-free, or suited to a particular decision, or that using an assessment will lead to a particular outcome. Assessments are not a substitute for professional advice. See our Coaching Disclaimer.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the effective date.
